She has a degree in Philosophy at University of Genoa and she is specialised in Work and Organization Psychology at Catholic University of Milan.
Since 1990 she has been a member of Professional Association of Italian Psychologists.
She has been management consultant and trainer for Public Administrations, Non Profit Organizations and Health service organizations on questions like services network building, quality evaluation and team building.
Since January 2005 she has been assistant professor at Faculty of Political Sciences - Department of Labour and Welfare Studies (State University of Milan).
In Catholic University of Milan, from 1992 to 1998, she assisted students for practical exercises for Work Psychology Course in the Faculty of Economy; she was contract professor of “Organizational Psychology” Course in the Faculty of Educational Studies (1999 – 2004) and in the Faculty of Sociology (2002-2004); since 2003 she has been teaching the course of “Training processes methodology” in the Faculty of Psychology.
In University of Torino – School of Specialization in Health Psychology, she was coordinator of quality evaluation of learning in School and contract professor of “Quality Evaluation Health Services” Course..
She has carried out research works in the following areas: professional identity building and training paths for university – work transition; adult training and health services quality evaluation; organizational culture in welfare services. Currently, she has prevailing interests in: group and organizational decision making; dynamic decision making in health service organizations; reflexivity in organizational life; new psychological contracts in temporary works experiences.
